GLOBAL DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our products, all sales of digital downloads, e-books, guides, and online content (including Sourdough Architect: Engineering the Perfect Loaf from Scratch and associated publications) are final.

Except as explicitly outlined in the jurisdiction-specific sections below, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or a change in personal circumstances.

2. United States & Canada Compliance

For consumers residing in the United States (under FTC guidelines and state laws) and Canada (under the Competition Act and provincial Consumer Protection Acts):

• All digital product sales are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is processed and the delivery email or download link is generated.

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have been given clear and conspicuous notice of this policy prior to finalizing your order.

3. Australia Compliance (Australian Consumer Law)

For consumers residing in Australia:

Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a digital asset if it fails to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., if the file is permanently corrupted, entirely unusable, or fundamentally fails to match its advertised description, and we are unable to remedy the issue).

However, under the ACL, we are not legally required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind, decide you do not want the e-book, find it cheaper elsewhere, or lack the equipment/ingredients necessary to execute the recipes.

4. European Union (EU) & United Kingdom (UK) Compliance

For consumers residing within the EU, EEA, and the UK:

• Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the standard 14-day statutory "cooling-off" period and right of withdrawal do not apply to the supply of digital content once performance has begun.

• By finalizing your purchase and downloading or accessing the digital materials, you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and refund.

5. Technical Errors & Digital Delivery Remedies

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing your digital download (e.g., a broken download link or email delivery failure), please contact us immediately at [Insert Support Email].

We will verify your transaction records and provide a functional replacement file or link within 48 business hours. A technical delivery delay or temporary file access issue does not constitute a "major failure" or entitle the buyer to a monetary refund.
